The split is deliberate. Bookkeeping needs no US credential, so we take it on directly. Return preparation is done as support to a CPA firm that reviews and signs — that is the only basis on which we touch a return.
Bookkeeping, direct
Monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations and catch-up work for US small businesses, in QuickBooks Online or Xero. We work inside your file; you keep the subscription, the login and the ownership.

Forms 1040, 1120S and 1065 prepared for CPA firms as extra hands in busy season. The CPA stays client-facing, reviews every file and signs every return. We do not sign or file returns ourselves.

Staffing for January to April is settled in the autumn
Most firms decide their busy-season capacity well before January, and the preparers worth having are committed by then. A pilot run in the quiet months is what makes the peak workable.
Catch-up bookkeeping is the work to move first. Books brought current before January are what let a return be prepared in one pass instead of three, and clean-up carries no filing deadline of its own — which is exactly what makes it the right thing to pilot now.

Review, then scale
Every file is checked by the supervising Chartered Accountant before it reaches you. If the pilot works, we agree regular volume for the season.
